Season 1 - 'Prophecies and Powerful Allies'

Storyline - A prophecy fortells that five fairies (the Nynx) will save their school from a darkness that will not be defeated without a price. When the Malix Coven discovers this prophecy, knowing it will eventually involve them being the darkness that will be defeated, they stop at no cost to try to take the Nynx girls' powers and stop the fairies from defeating them. After battles and training, the Nynx discover their basic transformation will not be enough to thwart the witches, and will need to earn Charmix; a year before most students would end up earning it.

Season 2 - 'Magic of the Skies'

Storyline - After earning Charmix a year earlier than most students, the Nynx girls are bumped up a year in their magical studies at Alfea, making them Seniors - and the youngest girls in most of their classes. An exchange student from Skaro University of Magical Arts, Cienna, joins the Senior class at the same time the Nynx does, so they ajust to the change together. Cienna reveals that she came to Alfea because an evil sorceress named Mortifara has attacked her home planet and is trying to sieze power over the whole Magic Dimension by ruling from Skaro: but by using Cienna to do so. The Nynx then jump into action to help Cienna. But to do so, they need to first earn a stronger power: Enchantix, which will allow them to not only resist Mortifara's mind control, but to have more power as well.

Season 3 - 'Harmonic Restoration'

Storyline - The people of Fauna's home planet, Veeleana are being turned into demons by a mysterious force that influences people's inner darknesses and allows their dark side to take over the persons body. To restore the peace and tranquility to Veeleana, the Nynx need to earn Tranquilix. Though they must first deal with learning to use powers other than their own and attempt to win a battle with their inner dark side with Combatix. With the help of the guardians of the Nynx's powers, will the girls be able to save Fauna's planet and family?

Season 4 - 'Belief, Battles, and Beyond'

Storyline - A new fairy, Elanore, comes to Magix to try to find help for her planet, Adipose, which is divided into sections for magical beings and non-magical beings. The same mysterious force that was in the previous season has made the non-magical beings stop believing in magic, so the Nynx come to help Adipose and need to earn Believix to help the planet. But just Believix on it's own is not enough. The girls also will need the Gifts of Destiny to resore Adipose's balance. They will need Sophix to restore balance to the forests of Adipose, which are being damaged by the division of the people of the planet, Lovix to restore the part of the planet that has been thrown into chaos and an eternal winter by the magical beings that don't care about the benifit of the planet and Tenebraix to defeat the Mysterious Force once and for all. Tenebraix is really needed because one of them has to sacrifice themself to fully defeat the force.

Season 5 - 'Blooming Fire'

Storyline - Firica, Bella's home planet, is at war. Believix doesn't work very well on Firica, because there are no problems with belief in magic. In order to save Firica, the Nynx must learn how to become one with the planet. When they do so, they will be granted pieces of Firica's Dragon Flame, and through special acts of courage worthy of a fairy, they will be able to obtain Bloomix. With Bloomix, the girls will be able to do more to save Firica from destruction. But even with Bloomix, the Nynx might not be able to handle the situation on their own.

Season 6 - 'Strength of the Elements'

Storyline - When the pixies and the Power Guardians (from Season 3) discover that the planets' whose energies are formed by certain elements are loosing their power, they rush to tell the Nynx. The Nynx then head to Aetheria, the planet that rules over all elements, where they learn that Aetheria's power source has been poisoned and the planet is slowly dying. Therefore, all element based planets are loosing their magical energies too. The Nynx then need to earn Aliquidix to boost their powers and be able to have element based powers so they can enter Aetheria's Enchanted Forest and save Aetheria and all the element based planets in the Magic Dimension.

Season 7 - 'Fables and Forever After'

Storyline - Zia, a young Witch-In-Training on Fabella has a very strange power for her planet: the Future. Zia doesn't know why, but she feels her magic very weak when she's on her home planet. She discovers ways to make her powers stronger, and after she becomes stronger, her planet becomes weaker. The Nynx get a call from Cedar, telling them that Fabella's magical energies have started to disappear. The Nynx then need to aquire Mythix, a powerful transformation on Fabella. With Mythix, the Nynx have the power of legends and fairytales to rely on in their attempts to find the reason for Fabella's magic vanishing. Little do they know, Zia is ready for them and has plans to stop the Nynx from acomplishing their goal.
