Magic Nynx & Charmix - Season 1
Magic Nynx is the basic fairy form that almost all fairies earn as their first transformation. Not all fairies call it Magic Nynx, but the Nynx Club does (i.e. It's called Magic Winx for the Winx Club). Almost all fairies earn Magic Nynx as their first transformation, though it's appearance sometimes varies for different fairies. Magic Nynx isn't too powerful, but there are ways to increase the strength of it.
Charmix is a power-up of Magic Nynx that consists of a charm and a bag, but the same outfit as Magic Nynx. The Nynx need to earn Charmix for the final battle of Season 1.

Enchantix - Season 2
Enchantix is the fairy form right above a fairies first transformation, and is required before a fairy can earn any higher levels. A fairy can earn Enchantix by saving someone from their home planet, though they have to show a great sacrifice first. Enchantix gives a fairy much stronger attack power, the ability to miniturize, and access to fairy dust, which can break extremely strong dark curses and magical spells.

Combatix & Tranquilix - Season 3
Combatix is the transformation of war and a temporary transformation required before earning Tranquilix. Combatix is granted by the Guardian of Eternal Harmony, and is given to fairies who are strong enough to battle their inner dark side. If the fairy wins the battle, they earn Tranquilix, if the don't win the battle, they have to live with the consequences of their loss. The hard part about earning Tranquilix and being a Combatix fairy is that the fairy looking to earn Tranquilix will have to battle their dark side with someone else's powers, because when a fairy is granted Combatix their powers are switched with whoever is also looking to earn Combatix with them.
Tranquilix is the transformation of peace and is earned when a fairy wins their inner battle with their dark side. To earn Tranquilix, a fairy must have bonded with the guardian of the source of her powers while in Combatix. Once a fairy aquires Tranquilix, they are in touch with their inner harmony. Tranquilix gives fairies the ability to harmonize with their powers and with themselves, and it also gives them the ability to restore other people's inner harmony.

Believix, Sophix, Lovix & Tenebraix - Season 4
Believix is the transformation that is earned when a fairy makes someone believe in magic. A fairy's Believix powers are stronger with the more people that believe in magic, so therefore if less people believe, the fairy's power is weaker. Believix gives fairies access to four different types of wings: normal Believix wings, Speedix wings (super-speed wings), Zoomix wings (teleportation wings), and Tracix wings (wings that allow the fairy to see into the past)
Sophix is a sub-transformation of Believix and the first gift of the Gifts of Destiny. It is the Gift of Wisdom and gives a fairy the ability to become in tune with nature.
Lovix is another sub-transformation of Believix and the second Gift of Destiny. It's the Gift of the Heart and gives fairies ice and winter powers. Lovix also helps fairies survive in extremely cold temperatures.
Tenebraix is the final Gift of Destiny and is the Gift of Darkness. The Gift of Darkness is also a sub-transformation of Believix and is called the Black Gift. It grants the ability to bring one person back from the dead with a convergence spell. The Gift of Darkness is not a transformation for the Winx, but it is for the Nynx, so it is technically fan-made.

Bloomix - Season 5
Bloomix is the power of the Dragon Flame. When a fairy posesses a piece of the Dragon Flame, they are able to earn Bloomix through an act of courage, though the act must be special in some way and worthy of a fairy. The Nynx are able to learn Bloomix because Firica is protected by part of the Dragon Flame, and when the girls became one with the planet, they were granted pieces of the Dragon Flame.

Aliquidix - Season 6
Aliquidix is the transformation of the elements. Each Aliquidix fairy has control of an element similar to their powers, so their powers are boosted and the fairy becomes more powerful. Aliquidix can be earned once a fairy becomes is able to embrace how their powers can help the elements thrive and by becoming one with the four main elements: Earth, Air, Water and Fire. If a group of fairies is looking to obtain Aliquidix, the group can split up and each part can become one with only a few elements, as long as the group overall has become one with all four. Fairies are given powerups to their current fairy level to help them become one with each element. They are given pieces/traits of Sophix (Earth), Bloomix (Fire), Sirenix (Water) and Flyrix (Air) added on to the fairy's current transformation. If the fairy already posses one of the above mentioned transformations, the powers of that transformation are greatly increased, and the appearance of it changes a bit as well.

Mythix - Season 7
Mythix is the power contained in the seven Ancestral Wands that were granted to the Winx, but Mythix is also created from the Legendarium. When the Winx locked the Legendarium, it's energy needed a place to be stored, so the planet Fabella became the planet where all legends and myths were able to become reality. A good amount of the Legendarium's power was also used to create many more Mythix wands. Since Fabella's magical energies were created from the Legendarium, it isn't very hard to earn Mythix, even though finding Mythix wands can be a challenge. Mythix is the most comon fairy form earned on Fabella (after the first transformation).
